Rashes on back of neck

Asked for Female, 26 Years

Red rashes near the back of neck and jaw area Please help..can't understand the cause . I clean him with water only and I am using dermadew cream after sponging him.. I have attached the picture

Next Steps

Give oil massage and then bath with gentle soap and then after bath apply baby cream. Apply T-bact twice daily for the rashes Avoid powder
