Rashes on arms and hands

Asked for Male, 3 Years

Hello Doctors, my 3 year old daughter used a barbie handwash for 2 days but in those 2 days she washed her hands many times causing rashes on elbows (she washes till elbows) and hands. Now she is washing with Dettol (sensitive) handwash and still it is getting worse day by day. Could you please help with this problem? Thanks.
