Rashes and red patche on the penile head

Hello, please check this prescription and medicines i took for red rashes on the penile head and foreskin.. Its burning while passing the urine since 1 month.. Urine report is normal. Also, consulted urologist he said consult with dermatologist. So consulted and took this medicines today.. Please assist on this. Thanks🙏
