Rashes and itching
I am having rashes and itching over my whole body area from head to toe everytime in a day.The rashes sometimes become red and it burns and itches a lot.I don't know the cause behind this but I really want to get out of this.Please tell the cause or reason and help me out.

If the rashes are permanent you should go to consult dermatologist. If there are not permanent you should take this ayurvedic medicine. 1. Tab. Trifala 2tab 2 time a day after meal with Luke warm water. 2. Haridrakhand powder+ amla powder 1tea spoon 3 time a day after meal with Luke warm water. 3. Syp. Mahamanjisthadi kadha 15 ml 3 time a day before meal
