I did a hair color recently and the color i think didn't suit me. Post the process, my entire head got swollen. I was advised to take prednisolone and allegra and emanzen by a friend doctor since i was travelling. The swelling reduced but when prednisolone was stopped and Azithromycin is added, the entire body has burn and itching sensations rashes

You may be having contact dermatitis to hair dye. But now, You are probably suffering from what Dermatologist call urticaria. Common causes are food allergy, infection or drugs taken for some condition. It presents with itching resulting in formation of red rashes which we call hives or wheals.
