Please find the attached report as my child falling sick very often and has rash on her face and body.

It can be Nasolacrimal duct obstruction.Gentle massage on the side of the nose can help to drain the water. Eye drops are antibiotics.. if any infection in eye u need to give . Consult once opthalmologist for knowing the issue clearly
