Rash on the arms

Asked for Female, 14 Years

For the past week and a half at 6 o’clock I feel itchy all over especially on my arms and face. There are red bumps on my face that look like lots of bug bites and then all down my arms are miniature pimples everywhere, it itches and stings to touch so much I cry over it. However when I take an allergy tablet the itching goes down slightly please help
