Rash on skin after a simple scratch
Sir,
I have been noticing this since a couple of days
When ever i scratch or even rub my skin i developed a rash on that area
If i rub my hand after 10 to 15 mins elevated lines or small elevation appear on my skin and it turns red also it irritates me nd feels like scratching more
It then disappears after 30 mins to 1 hours

What you have is a condition called as urticaria. It is basically an increased skin sensitivity response . It happens because of various triggers and the trigger is most often different for different people. the line that you describe it happens after scratching is something called as physical urticaria and it is also a manifestation of demographism. A thorough Examination and detailed history evaluation would help to accurately make a diagnosis.
