Rash on shin
Dear doctor,
I have a reddish rash on my shin which has been itching since a few days. I am attaching the photos for the same. Please suggest what it might be and if I can use any OTC medications for it.
The photos I have attached are from 2 days earlier and today.

This is a Acute Eczema. It is caused by a combination of immune system activation, genetics, environmental triggers and stress. Your immune system. If you have eczema, your immune system overreacts to small irritants or allergens. This overreaction can inflame your skin. Dry skin will aggravate the eczema. It can b controlled with medication . Consult a Dermatologist for the same.
