Rash on private area
About a month back I started seeing that the color of the foreskin covering the glans started going pale somewhat like vitiligo. I had no pain or itching. Eventually I started having redness and soreness on the foreskin just below the corona area. This red area was not itchy, but was stinging when I wash with water and was secreting a clear water like discharge. After a week, the redness used to go away, but used to show up in another spot in the corona area or the foreskin. I consulted a dermatologist, who said it was fungal balanitis. I have been on fluconazole 150mg (asked to take twice a week). Luliconazole cream, HHZOLE cream and Alaspan for a week now. I see that the redness still has not decreased or shows up else where on the corona or foreskin, sometimes even secreting little blood along with watery discharge. I have a single partner and partner does not have any symptoms. Looks like the rash or what ever I have is still not in control and spreading. Should i be worried?

Though you have attempted detailed description, still it lacks many points. This is limited details and more precise information is needed about your skin condition which can help in planning a treatment. A thorough history, clinical examination and appropriate laboratory tests will be needed to solve the mystery. A photograph would have been helpful. Consider seeing a Dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment plan.
