Rash on legs
I've had these small red pin prick marks on my lower legs and feet for about a month now. Most aren't raised but a few you can slightly feel that they are. It began to go away and 2 days later it spread to the bottoms of my feet as well. Just want them to go away. I don't have them anywhere else.
