I have continuous rashes/red skin on both my wrists. They are no bumps but rather continuous patches of red skin. They are blanching i.e. they disappear temporarily when pressed . While they do not itch or burn normally, they do burn when in contact with water or when I move my hand. I don't wear any jewellery/bands/watch etc on my hands. I don't have any such rashes anywhere else on my body.

I cannot help until I see the rashes. It may be eczema. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice.
