Rash on arm & palm swollen

Question

Asked for Female, 93 Years

Female 93 yrs has a rash on left arm & her left palm & fingers are swollen & painful. She is on Avil 25mg thrice a day + Taxim 200mg twice a day + Ultracet thrice a day for 2 days & there is no improvement.

It may be herpes zoster if there is pain. If you can send photos I can confirm. If indeed it is zoster treatment will bring done the pain otherwise it may increase.
