Rash like on face

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I have been suffering from acne from past 2 years and back the I consulted a dermatologist and got treatment . Right now I don't have any acne related problem but there are tiny discoloured raised rash like that is irregular shaped spreading in my face. First it started in November 2016 in my right cheek below the eye and close to my nose and now it's spreading I can see it on my left cheek too.. In the early morning it is most visible and decrease as the day passes.
