My child is having repeated skin infection like this, previous he had tinnea infection, now some places he is having like previous but some place like small pimples.

Yes it is fungal infection. Use candid cream. Hygiene first. Dry clothes. If they are not dried due whether, use ironing even of towel,underwears and all clothes. Apply 2- 3 times. CREAM should be applied regularly after each wash. Take care of towels,soxs
