Rash in my leg,hand and chest

Asked for Male, 23 Years

Rashes is in my leg,hand and chest (all over body but most of the rashes are in leg and hand)...I have been facing this problem from 3days...I saw some tiny bug in my leg and that can't be killed by pressing! It can fly also! That was deep brown bug! And I had LEVOCETRIZINE TABLETS IP 5mg...But not effective!! Plz tell me what should I take.... Actually I have also itching problem for that all time!
