Igm of what test is negative ? and what is "positive selfes negative" ? . .. please visit a dermatologist with you reports so they can be properly understood. or you can consult online with reports. Also, what have you applied on your scrotum? there is scarring and depigmentation of the skin. What you have on your penis can be a fungal infection or it can also be an allergic reaction if you have applied some unknown other area which has caused irritation. Hope this is helpful.
