Rash and small bumps on my arse
I got this bumps around the inner part of my butt like the shape of a napkin pad. It got a little worse now because it got dark and ugly. I’m not sure if this is a rash anymore. Please help me! I’ve been dealing with this for almost 5 years already.

The condition you are mentioning could be due to a fungal infection, or bacterial infection .. or even an inflammatory condition like Hidradenitis Suppurutiva. Examination and evaluation is needed to comment further management.
