My 2 month old baby is suffering from silent reflux. He was put on Rantidine 0.3 ml and now increase to 1 ml as the reflux has gotten bad. Another paed suggested junior lanzol 1/3 tablet.. Which of these is better considering side effect and long term impacts?

Both drug are not safe for long term. There are few suggestions you should follow: 1: burp your kid atleast 15-20 minutes after feeding. 2. Don't put baby in bed just after feeding. 3. Keep slightly head up while keeping baby in bed using some soft cloths. 4. You can use domperidone drops (1ml/10mg) 4 drops tds.
