Random dark pigmentation on body

Hi there. So I’ve been traveling in Bali for the last 8 months. And in the last 2 months I have been developing random bruise like / birth mark like pigmentations on my skin. One was on my inner right thing. The other on my bicep, right arm. The other on my right forarm. After 2 months the one on my inner thigh and forarm turned white and are now faiding. The one on my inner right bicep it’s still present but not as dark. But this morning I have woken up with pigmentation on my lower back.
