Random blood sugar at evening
Iam tested RBS at evening , i take large and heavy
Food that day . My RBS value 130. It is ok or not?

If you have diabetes, it’s recommended that you check sugars in the fasting state( before breakfast) and 2 hrs post meal ( dinner in your case). Random sugar doesn’t help make accurate assessment of diabetes control. HbA1C is gold standard to diagnose diabetes and shows 3 month average glucose control, it’s recommended to get this level if not done already
