Raised AST(51) AND ALT(128) Borderline Bilirubin (0.94) non alcoholic; obese with fatty liver on USG. Started lifestyle and diet modifications with dietary restrictions and exercise. What other tests to be done?? When should be LFT repeated??

Blood testing for hepatitis B and C is needed . Ultrasound abdomen can be repeated in 6 months .Hepatitis b vaccination to be done  if not already done ,as you are a medical professional .
Next Steps
check blood sugar levels ,ecg and blood pressure if not done already. follow lifestyle and followup advice
