Today when I was waited in station then 3 dog shouting beside me they didn't bite me but problem is when they were shouting may be one drop of Saliva dropped out and touch in my wound position. Can effect rabies . ???

Hello. What wound are you talking about? Was the wound open or dressed? Rabies cannot affect you if you have not been bitten by an exposed animal.
It is highly unlikely that saliva will seep inside a dressing and cause you any problems.
