0 day of vaccine means the day on which you take the first dose of vaccination and day 3 means 3rd day from 1sr dose of vaccination. So on day 0 , you take the 1st dose of vaccination and on day 3 you take 2nd dose of vaccination and henceforth.

Kindly monitor and record your temperature in a diary so as to note the character of the fever. If you have a constant fever of above 101*F you should visit the ER at the earliest. You will require antipyretics and antacids. If the condition persists or worsens visit the ER at the earliest.
