A stray dog in my colony
It touched a surface it licked with saliva
I am observing it since 12th October
It's 8th day today the dog seems fine to me
It isn't drooling , paralysis etc
So, I am safe now right?

If you don't have a wound on your hand and if you don't have a bite or direct contact of saliva, then nothing to worry about. Rabies spread only by direct contact of the infected animal saliva to fresh wounds.

I hope you practiced general hygiene measures, you don't have to worry about a dog licking on intact skin. You are safe. This is not how rabies is transmitted.
