Quiting smoking
I have been smoking for last 1 year .2-3 cigets ima day and somdays(very rare) 5-6 a day.I usedto smoke mint cgrt.Now i am scared for last one year and decided to quit .what effects can be there for 1 year smoking??

LUNGS MAY HAVE TAR. YOU CAN GO FOR (PULMONARY FUNCTION TEST) SO PULMONOLOGIST CAN SAY TO WHAT EXTANT RESPIRATORY SYSTEM IS DAMAGE.
