Quetiapine SOS
Hello Respected Doctors,
I was prescribed Quietiapine 50 for 2 weeks for issues related to sleep disturbance and few otber disorders. After 2 weeks can I take it SOS as i feel most of the symptoms have shown improvement due to this particular med. Pls suggest. Regards

No it's not usually used SOS. There are other drugs which can be taken sos for sleep but you need to consult psychiatrist. Connect with me for further evaluation and treatment

Sleep disturbances mostly have an underlying cause ... Please consult your psychiatrist for better opinion, preferably the one you consulted before... They would guide you better.
I recommend altering the medication only at their opinion. Please dont self medicate.

Absolutely yes. But it would be better to discuss with your prescribing psychiatrist whether it was prescribed only for sleep issues. If it was , then it can be taken sos. And then should be stopped.

only for sleep or some other indication also
