Question regarding hyperpigmentation
Just wanted to know if frictional impact by teeth on buccal mucosa cause darkish pigmentation? For eg. Attached image. There's an erupting wisdom tooth on that side. I am afraid about OLP or cancer..

Looks normal. If there is a sharp tooth that is constantly rubbing against your cheek, it may cause an ulcer. Doesn’t look like oral cancer
