Question about using toric lenses
Dear doctor,I have been using glasses since 10 years and now I want to use contact lenses. My power in left eye is -9 and cylindrical is-2.25x161 and my power in right eye is -6 and cylindrical is -1.75x17.I myself brought normal softlens with the spherical power, but I can't see anything clearly,it's very blurry, but when I wear my spectacles,my vision becomes clear. I later came to know that i have to use toric lenses. Can you please guide me? I don't want to wear spectacles my entire life. Are they same like normal lenses? Is it difficult to manage them?? Please help!!! Please do reply Thank you P.s.I have attached my prescription to this.

Toric contact lenses are very much available. A correction for vertex distance and the axis of the cylinder is required prior to ordering a contact lens of such a power. It would be advisable to consult an ophthalmologist prior to ordering contact lenses as even though they are available over the counter, they might not be of the correct power or axis.
