Question About Scar Formation in Cornea
Doctor, I Had Keratoconjunctivitis. Due To This, Small White Spot Developed in My Cornea. The Keratoconjunctivitis Was Healed But The Spot Wasn't Go. I Have Used A Lubricant Eye Gel Called "Hylo Gel" For 7-10 Months And Now Doctor Told Me That Most Of The Spots Are Faint. Now, I Have Two Query About This. 1) Is The Spots Healing? 2) If The Spots is Healing, Will It Cause New Scar Formation in Eye? Please Help, Doc.

From what I understand it’s most likely spks. They will not form scars . Will decrease with time . Talk to your eye doctor for various treatment options and monitor it monthly even if no symptoms with eye photographs on slitlamp
