Doctor, I Had Keratoconjunctivitis. Due To It, Small White Spots Developed in My Left Eye's Cornea. May Be It Called It As Sub-Epithelial Infiltrates. Now, Practo's Doctor Told Me That The Sub-Epithelial Infiltrates Can Leave With Scars. Now, My Query is: 1) What Does The "Sub-Epithelial Infiltrates Can Leave With Scar" Means? Is It Means That The Sub-Epithelial Infiltrates Can Cause Permanent Scarring in Cornea? Please Describe. 2) I'm Using Lubricant Eye Gel Called "Hylo Gel" On Doctor Recommendations. My Doc Told Me That The Lubricant Gel Will Keep My Cornea's Surface Moisture And Soft. Is The Lubricant Eye Gel Must Prevent The Sub-Epithelial Infiltrates To Cause Permanent Scarring in Cornea? 3) When The Sub-Epithelial Infiltrates Cause Permanent Scarring in Cornea? 4) Whats Needs To Be Done To Prevent The Sub-Epithelial Infiltrates To Permanently Scarring My Cornea? Please Answer This Questions, Doctor. I'm Very Worried About The Sub-Epithelial Infiltrates. Please Help!
