Hi there! Dr. Aswin here, for any person the heart rate should lie within the normal physiological range i.e; 60 to 100 beats per minute. It is higher for newborns and children and reaches this range as they grow up, and in case if you are an athlete pulse can be low borderline or if you are an obese person pulse can be high borderline. There are also many factors which influences the normal range, if you have any queries you can consult online .
