Query related to Periods and preganancy

Question

Asked for Female, 26 Years

My periods usually arrive in 25-26 of every month, but last mont it is delayed by 6 days and also the follow is very low than usual with blood clot in flow. Also the oeriod last for 4 days only. I have taken pregenancy test at home which ahows negative. But from last 3-4 days i am experiencing dizziness and nausea. Wether i have to go for HGC test in lab. We have always used protection during intercourse. MY AGE is 26 year.
