Hello, I am 30 years old female. I am on antidepressants( Like mirnite, ativan, nexito)
since my childhood. now I am facing problems like thyroid issues, hormonal imbalance, insomania, indigestion, stress etc
I want to know what are the adverse effects of these medicines for long use and is there any test where I can measure my neurotransmitters & hormones?

I can understand your concern.
In females there are no side effects on long term use as such.
Now hormonal assay / neurotransmitter assay are done when clinical features are in that line . Dont just go for lab tests ... clinical correlation is must

It seems that you are not in remission despite taking meds. Kindly consider reconsultation. You can get your hormonal levels done via lab tests.
