QUERY REGARDING THYROID
I sometimes have pain at the back of my throat while I am sleeping. I have had an endoscopy and it was normal. I also visited ENT who checked my throat and it was normal. My TSH levels is 7.50 and T3 and T4 are normal. Can the pain at the back of my throat be due to Thyroid?

Subacute thyroiditis can have neck pain but it will be associated with tender goitre, difficulty in swallowing and fever. As u have subclinical hypothyroidism no treatment required for that. Symptomatic treatment will suffice.
