Hi, I have been diagonsed with diabetes recently and have been prescribed 1 tab of glynase mf 3 times a day. My HbA1C number is 7.2. What do you say about the control I have over my condition and is diabetes manageable in the long run with proper care of food and exercise?

Our goal is to get Hba1c below 7% with maximum lifestyle change and minimum medicine. Watch for hypoglycemia, the urge to eat and resultant weight gain on drugs that contain glipizide, glimperide, gliclazide, gilbenclamide.
