QUERY REGARDING GAVISCON
I was told by a doctor on practo itself that Gaviscon must be taken before meals but the instructions on the gaviscon say that it should be consumed after meals.
What is best way to consume it ?
I need expert advice .

Gaviscon (Sodium alginate) forms a thick raft on the stomach contents and prevents upward reflux of gastric contents into Esophagus where by reducing acid reflux.
