Query regarding egg

My brother(age19weight 90, 5"6) is dieting for a month to loose weight and he is eating boiled egg without yolk & milk in breakfast. In lunch and dinner he takes roti, vegetable or pulse cooked without oil. he is not taking chicken. in weight loss programe egg yolk is allowed or not? Can he take chicken once in a week?

Hi, Continue with eggwhites. Chicken can be taken once a week. But avoid red meat. Chicken can be taken in grilled, steamed, boiled, roasted forms. Avoid rich gravies.
