Query regarding burn scar

Asked for Female, 5 Years

My daughter 5years old had burn 4months back and is having a patch of burn over her thigh here we live in germany here doctors have done suprathel treatment and now the skin is dark pink to brown color.so i want to know will it scar permanently or is there any treatment for it.
