Hello I have checked my eyes from doctor and got -3 number in left while -0.75 in right eye. I am wearing glasses right now but I have purchased contact lenses but the power on left contact lens shows -3.50 power He told me that it is -3 lens. Is it OK wear the lens or not. As my concern that it is over corrected. Please reply me to this question asap?
