Query about the need of an endoscopy
I had a dull pain in my upper abdomen while and after doing some activities from almost 1 month ago. I started to take medicine 3 weeks ago. After taking Tiemonium Methylsulphate, Domperidone & Esomeprazole for 7-8 days, the pain was mostly relieved. I then only feel pain when I lie down. This pain has also relieved mostly now and as of now, there is very little pain which is remaining till now. Is there any need for me to do an endoscopy? Kindly suggest.

if your taking medicine on your own , I strongly suggest not to do so and meet nearby surgeon for proper examination. the doctor will decide if you need endoscopy or not after examination

Endoscopy is not required at present. But if your pain increases then consult a Gastroenterologist for physical examination.
