Query about hair oil and shampoo
Hi doctor, I have a basic question which, I guess have been answered differently by different experts. Does oiling help? Does putting oil on hair scalp/ roots and/or strands help? Or it is of no help? Also, if yes, then which one is the best or useful for the hair/scalp? Also, it would be great if you could suggest a good shampoo or shampoos that would not aggravate the hairfall issue? Thanks.

Hello dear. Oiling per se does not help much in hairfall. Rather, it aggravates dandruff and cause even more hairfall. Oral hair vitamins, protein rich diet and some topicals can arrest hairfall. Consult online for a detailed discussion
