What you seem to have as per your information sounds like viral corneal infection which leaves white dot scars which will take a long time to go away. Cyclosporine is a immunomodulator which helps a little extent. Please follow up with your local ophthalmologist for its correct usage .

Cyclosporine has multiple modes of action. In your case it acts as an immunosuppressive agent. It does help in getting rid of those corneal lesions.
