I am doing workout in gym for couple of years now and I have also taken creatine in the past with frequent breaks. And like this I was doing regular gym last year till August 2024. Then i left gym and workout for some reason in ending august and my body weight in august is around 69kg. Then in middle of September, one day I got into severe stomach pain and I'll get to know that i have multiple stones in my gallbladder and some stomach infection too. Then I consult a doctor and start getting treatment. And in October, my gallbladder surgery happens and the operation went well without any complication. And I take rest of 2 months in November and December. And from jan 1, 2025 I start light weight workout again and my body weight at that time is around 56kg and then continuing doing workout till today in june, my weight is 62kg. Now, I know creatine doesn't cause stones in gallbladder. But as I don't know the reason for gallbladder stone, I am confused to start again creatine or not.

what ever creatinine you consume during workout will not directly increase your muscle mass it will help retain water in muscle mass
