Please tell a strongest laxative which can soften any grade of occasionally hard stool ,may be as a side effect of other medicine or traveling in a unknown place ????

Hi.
Hope you have gotten yourself checked for anal fissure/ hemorrhoids.
If you get constipated, increase water intake. ( Unless the patient is on water restriction )
Take isabgol 2 spoons with one glass of water every night
If you have tried everything and still you strain while passing stools, pls take syrp looz 15ml every night.
You could also try sachet laxopeg.
Please don't take these continuously for long periods. Consult a gastroenterologist for the same.
