Query About anal fissure
I easily get anal fissure so as per the advice of a colorectal surgeon LIS surgery was done . But after 5 years without getting hard stool a hole ( As observed by a general surgeon) is created at 11' O' clock position in perianal region which has not been healed after 20 days. My question is is there any medical test which can tell I am getting anal fissure / hole. ??? Or again I need surgery on internal sphincterotomy ??
