Query about , after covid vaccination.

Hi...Pan-D tablet contains Pantoprazole and Domperidone and Pan 40 contains only pantoprazole... I fail to understand why a physician would prescribe you the same medication twice. The hyper acidity can be managed to some extent by pantoprazole but if it is persistent then you might have to undergo and upper gastrointestinal endoscopy to look for any evidence of active all service which requires a more definitive management. You have to take this tablet on empty stomach half an hour before breakfast... if you are having acidity you can take one tablet now..... but please remember not to make a habit of it as this can result in in kidney stones later.
