I am a 36 years old woman and do gym for 9 months, I do weight training with heavy weight, my workout time is 2 to 3 hours per day,my trainer advised me to take supplements as I m pure vegetarian, so i start Whey protein (25g),beccadaxamine(1 cap) multivitamins and fishoil capsule(1000mg) 1cap for 5 days in a week . Is it safe for lo g time? Do they cause any side effects? I also take vit d3 pouch once in a week,should i take any calcium supplements too?

It is richest source of whey protein Take bananas daily.... Richest source of calcium, vit D, etc Can take... Ginseng Q Homeopathic medicine 10 drops in 25 ml water Twice a day for 3 months These points will help you a lot Don't give unnecessary load on your kidney and liver by taking chemicals
