Qnger on spouse
I get irriated and easily get anger on spouse. I have tesnion in my personal life, job and i do not have child even after 2.6 years of marriage. Me and wife oftwn quarel and fight.

External stress , tension ,anxiety ,worry often give an effect in family life and close relationships. To defeat this u have some important factors: 1.Love unconditionally with ur spouse 2.Understanding of each other. 3.Trust on each other. 4.Share emotions ,thoughts , daily life experience with each other. 5.Mental preparation to solve any problems with discussion. 6.If any problem is beyond solve then FACE THE PROBLEM as an unit not individually. Follow this small steps and be Happy in life. Life is short , make it large by enjoying small emotions in life with family amd friends . Dont ruin ur those small happy moments for bigger achievement which are not received yet.
