Pyosalpinx and ovarian cysts
I went to have transvaginal ultrasound and the results/impression were, Normal-sized retroverted uterus with posterior wall adenomyosis, intact endometrium, bilateral polycystic ovaries. I just need someone who can interpret these because I cannot understand what my condition really is.
